The Chain of Lakes Orchestra Program is in its third year
under the direction of Mr. David N. Olsen.
Our Orchestra Program:
Chamber Orchestra
This orchestra is comprised of students who are interested
in learning the finer points of ensemble playing. This
group is often broken into smaller or chamber ensembles in
order to perform in events around the community.
Symphonic Orchestra
This orchestra is comprised of students who have been
playing for at least one year and/or have the ability to
play at this level. This orchestra performs advanced middle
school level literature.
Concert Orchestra
This orchestra is comprised of students who have been
playing for at least one year and/or have the ability to
play at this level. This orchestra performs intermediate
middle school level literature.
Beginning Orchestra
This orchestra is comprised of students in 6th, 7th, or 8th
grades who want to learn how to play a string instrument
(Violin, Viola, Cello, or Bass).
