Our 4th and 5th grade Journalism members conducted interviews, took photos, wrote articles and explored graphic design in this after school club. This issue is INTERACTIVE! Be sure to leave your feedback for our young writers on the back cover of the magazine.

All kindergaren thru 2nd grade teachers now have access to an ipad cart containing 24 ipads. The cart was "open for business" as of today and Mrs. carter / Mrs. Smith's class jumped right in......see attached photo.

Wow, how exciting! Over 100 people have RSVP'd for the Casino Night event. This will be an excellent opportunity for parents to mingle, meet new people, socialize with school staff and win some outstanding prizes. Audubon Park Elementary will be hosting their 4th annual Health Expo on Thursday, January 12th, 2012 from 4:30 until 6:30 pm in the multipurpose room/cafeteria. The theme this year is “Overcoming Obstacles to a Healthier You.” There will be several local businesses and services offering free samples, raffles and lots of information about living healthier lives. There will also be an obstacle course for the kids to maneuver through! Everyone interested is welcome!
